Some of you may remember my best day ever<\/a>. For those that don’t – or are too lazy to click that link and read about it – I basically had an absolutely fantastic day at the Animal Kingdom with N (who wasn’t even two years old at that point). It culminated in a real tear-jerker of a moment in an aviary.<\/p>\n

We were back at the Animal Kingdom yesterday. This time it was the whole family, not just the two of us. We had a great time, of course, but by the time we got to that same aviary, we were all tired and ready for dinner.<\/p>\n

The boys spotted a couple of birds in the aviary and then headed for the exit. Right by the exit, we noticed a couple of ladies watching a truly impressive looking golden pheasant. We caught the boys and pointed out the bird. They said “Hi” to the ladies, looked at the bird, and then N said in the cheeriest voice possible “Okay! Time to go now! Time to go!”<\/p>\n

Sigh. <\/p>\n
