We had a ton of fun. Afterward, the weather was sunny but cool – perfect for driving. I decided to take the city streets back to the hotel instead of the highway.

We kept the windows open, and the boys decided to start collecting waves. Tentative one-handed waves and hesitant smiles turned into huge two-handed gestures with shouts of “Hello, Houston!” and “Peace!”

We collected smiles from pedestrians, waves from other drivers, even a peace-sign from a bus driver.

’cause that’s just how we roll.

What do you do when sitting in traffic in downtown Houston?
